What if my order arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please send a photo to info@villagecandyshop.com within 24 hours of delivery of the package so we can assist. For heat sensitive items, we cannot guarantee they will not melt during shipping. Please be aware of melting risks as we are not responsible for melted items.

What is your return/refund policy?

As all of our products are consumable items, orders are final sale and nonrefundable. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at info@villagecandyshop.com so we can assist.
